Learning and Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Learning & Development Manager who will be responsible for designing and implementing employee training and professional development programs. Your work will focus on improving team performance and supporting overall business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and coordinating internal and external training programs
  • Monitoring course completion, deadlines, and participant progress
  • Preparing and structuring training materials, instructions, and knowledge bases
  • Conducting training sessions, workshops, and onboarding sessions
  • Collaborating with managers to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback to improve learning programs

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Learning & Development or HR
  • Experience organizing training programs
  • Experience managing corporate channels/chats/internal newsletters
  • Experience working with Google Workspace
  • Experience working with LMS platforms
  •  

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Meet)
  • Experience with LMS platforms (Kwiga)
  • Experience with Miro, Genially, CapCut, Canva
  • Experience with HRMS systems (PeopleForce or similar)
  • English level B2+
