Marketing Manager
We’re now looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to boost organic and affiliate paid user acquisitions, which will be a clear sign of traction for investors.
💡 What you’ll do
Generate users via own channels – Create hypotheses, run tests, and scale channels that work. Focus on influencer marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
Build and manage partner/affiliate programs – Recruit, onboard, and retain partners by providing brand assets and co-marketing support aligned with their audience needs.
Test self-sustaining growth loops – Build and experiment with community, referral, content marketing and organic strategies to fuel sustainable acquisition.
Be user-centric – Conduct regular user interviews to inform channel strategy, positioning, and messaging. Create a feedback look with the product team.
Measure and optimize – Own reporting across channels, track CAC/LTV, analyze attribution, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Stay market-aware – Monitor competitor acquisition tactics and industry trends relevant to marketplace sellers.
🧠 What we’re looking for
3 years of hands-on marketing or growth experience.
Proven experience in B2B SaaS, preferably early-stage startup with low ACV
Strong unit economics literacy – Comfortable modeling and optimizing CAC, LTV, payback period, and churn impact on go/no-go decisions on channel investment
Hands-on channel experience – Demonstrated success building and scaling at least one acquisition channel (influencer, affiliate, partner, SEO, content or community)
Data-driven mindset – Design experiments, analyze results, and iterate based on metrics
Ability to work autonomously with high ownership in fast-moving startup
Strong written English (for partnerships, content, async communication)
