Head of Marketing

Company Overview

We are a fast-growing digital media company operating in the DOOH and digital marketing space. We work with local businesses, agencies, and national brands, delivering innovative advertising solutions including LED trucks and digital screens. As we scale, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead brand growth, customer retention, and industry positioning.

 

Role Overview

The Head of Marketing will own the company’s marketing strategy and execution across brand, digital channels, customer retention, PR, and industry presence.

This role requires both strategic thinking (1–3 year growth direction) and operational execution (content, campaigns, events, communications).

The ideal candidate is analytical, business-oriented, and capable of building structured processes with clear KPIs.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Conduct full analysis of current marketing processes and performance
  • Build a 3–6 month marketing roadmap with defined KPIs and timelines
  • Develop 1–3 year marketing growth strategy
  • Define priority initiatives for 1β€”3β€”6 month execution cycles
  • Create and manage structured project lists and reporting systems
     

2. Brand Positioning & Industry Presence

  • Represent the company in virtual negotiations, strategic partnerships, and high-level online meetings, positioning the brand and value proposition effectively
  • Identify and select key industry events for participation or sponsorship
  • Lead industry PR initiatives (media publications, interviews, innovation features)
  • Strengthen online brand positioning and visibility (Google presence, industry publications)
     

3. Customer Marketing & Loyalty

  • Analyze current customer base (volume, tenure, journey, segmentation)
  • Conduct customer surveys and NPS analysis
  • Create customer tiers and loyalty programs
  • Develop corporate gifting strategy
  • Propose collaboration initiatives and retention campaigns
  • Drive review acquisition strategy (Google Maps, testimonials, case studies)
     

4. Digital Marketing & Communications

  • Build and execute 3–6 month content plan
  • Define social media strategy (rubrics, tone of voice, posting frequency, creatives)
  • Manage email marketing calendar (retention, announcements, review campaigns, promotions)
  • Develop templates and automation flows (e.g., via Klaviyo or similar tools)
  • Oversee creation of all marketing materials and creatives
     

5. New Business Marketing

  • Define and prioritize target segments (small and mid-sized businesses, media agencies, national brands)
  • Create targeted outreach and positioning strategy
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales priorities
  • Support sales with positioning materials and marketing campaigns
     

6. Internal & Online PR

  • Build strong internal employer brand and positive company image
  • Create engaging internal communications
  • Oversee online PR and company representation across digital platforms
     

7. Operational Oversight

  • Supervise marketing task execution and deadlines
  • Ensure consistent quality of content and brand messaging
  • Track and report on KPIs and marketing performance
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership
     

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in marketing leadership roles
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in digital marketing / DOOH / media / advertising industry preferred
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Experience with content marketing, email automation, and social media strategy
  • Experience in PR and event marketing
  • Analytical mindset with KPI-driven approach
  • Experience conducting customer analysis and building loyalty systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to represent the company publicly
