BDM /Sales manager

 

Performance ad-tech platform specializing in programmatic resell: we purchase high-quality inventory from SSPs and effectively resell it through DSP buyers in banner and video formats

We are looking for a BDM who already has experience building and scaling

resell operations in programmatic (supply โ†’ demand), where profit is generated on

the margin between purchasing from SSP and selling to DSP

Key requirements

 

- Proven experience specifically in programmatic resell/arbitrage for 2โ€“4 years:

 

- Purchasing inventory from SSP (PubMatic, Magnite, OpenX, Index, ,

Adform, AppNexus/Xandr, and similar)

 

- Reselling through DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Yandex DSP,

MGID, Taboola, programmatic direct, agencies)

 

- Working in a model without own direct traffic/publishers (pure

resell, supply path management)

In-depth knowledge of focus formats:

 

- Banner/Display: standard (300ร—250, 728ร—90, etc.), rich media,

interstitial, high-viewability

 

- Video: pre-roll, in-stream, out-stream, rewarded, VAST/VPAID, vertical /short-form video

- Understanding of resell economics: CPM purchase vs CPM sale, margin per impression,win-rate, viewability, completion rate, fraud-rate, latency, supply path optimization

(SPO)

- Negotiation skills: floor prices, private marketplaces / PMP / deals at SSP; tests,scaling, performance guarantees at DSP buyers

- Experience with supply chain transparency: sellers.json, SupplyChain Object,minimizing hops

- Confident outreach to SSP partners and DSP clients (LinkedIn, email,

Telegram, industry events)

- Knowledge of current 2026 verticals: e-commerce, fintech, apps, gaming, education, dating โ€” where banners and videos provide stable volume in the resell model

 

What will be in your area of responsibility

 

- Searching for and connecting new SSP partners to purchase high-quality programmatic inventory (banner + video) at favorable rates

- Attracting and developing DSP buyers, agencies, and performance teams who need high-volume, clean traffic without fraud

- Full transaction cycle: testing,analysis (margin, win rate, quality), scaling, analysis (margin, win rate, quality), scaling

- Supply chain management: optimizing delivery routes, monitoring transparency, working with Deal IDs / PMP

- Monitoring trends (vertical video, shoppable banners, brandformance, CTV-like inventory) and adapting offers to demand

 

- Constant work on margins: negotiations on floors/deals at SSP, packaging inventory for the needs of DSP clients

- Achieving goals for turnover, margins, and long-term partnerships
