Growth Engineer (AI-Native)
About the Role
We’re looking for a scrappy, AI-native Growth Engineer who thrives in high-autonomy environments and knows how to build scalable experimentation systems that drive real revenue impact.
This is not a “marketing” role.
We want a builder-operator who thinks in systems, automation, and measurable outcomes.
You should:
- Be comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude) to 10x your output
- Have a track record of running measurable growth campaigns
- Think like a builder and operator — not just a marketer
- Get energized by improving metrics
- Be highly independent and execution-focused
Entrepreneurial backgrounds (e-commerce, dropshipping, solo SaaS, side projects, digital products) are highly valued.
What You’ll Do
AI-Powered Growth Systems
- Build workflows that generate, test, and iterate on hundreds of creative assets
- Use AI to scale paid ads, SEO, and landing page experimentation
- Automate creative production and performance analysis loops
Full-Funnel Experimentation
Own the complete growth cycle:
- Launch campaigns
- Measure performance
- Optimize for ROI
- Run paid acquisition campaigns (primarily targeting doctors)
- Develop referral loops and scalable growth infrastructure
Strategy & Execution
- Work directly with the CEO to translate high-level strategy into actionable experiments
- Provide data-driven feedback to shape messaging and positioning
- Develop templated assets and repeatable growth playbooks
Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze full conversion funnels using tools like PostHog
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize LTV/CAC
- Turn insights into rapid experimentation cycles
Required Experience
- 2+ years of direct, hands-on growth experimentation
(Entrepreneurial projects and side hustles count) - Experience running paid ads and/or UGC campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to build systems — not just execute isolated campaigns
- Comfortable operating independently with high ownership
- Strong analytical mindset
