Head of Marketing
We're looking for a Head of Marketing to build and lead the company's marketing function from scratch. This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution - you'll define the brand's marketing vision, assemble the team, and drive measurable growth in users and revenue. You'll work closely with the founders, product, creative, and analytics teams to shape the marketing roadmap and ensure its execution.
💪Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute the go-to-market and growth strategy for the brand launch and further scaling.
✅ Define brand positioning, creative direction, and communication strategy across all touchpoints.
✅ Establish a data-driven marketing culture define KPIs, oversee analytics, and translate insights into action.
✅ Lead user acquisition and retention efforts across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
✅ Own and manage the marketing budget with a strong focus on efficiency and ROI.
✅ Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team performance, CRM, content, design, affiliates, influencers.
✅ Ensure compliance with all relevant advertising and gaming regulations. Identify new growth opportunities and test innovative user acquisition tactics.
✅ Collaborate with product teams to optimise conversion, LTV, and retention.
✅ Participate in executive-level planning and influence company-wide strategic decisions.
🔥Skills & Competencies:
✔️ iGaming Experience: Proven experience in the iGaming industry (casino, betting, sweepstakes, or related verticals) - mandatory.
✔️ Marketing Leadership: Over 2 years of experience in marketing in a leadership position.
✔️ Product Launch Success: Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2C products.
✔️ Performance Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, retention, and brand building.
✔️ Analytics Proficiency: Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar).
✔️ Budget and Team Management: Experience managing marketing budgets and cross-functional teams.
✔️ Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
✔️ Strategic and Hands-On: Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
✔️ English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
