Solution Architect

You could be a perfect match for the position if
You want to:
- Participate in sales-delivery handover to get information about client challenges and expectations.
- Workshop business and technical requirements from clients, serving as a key link between technical and business teams.
- Design the solutions, provide external and internal documentation and guidance to the delivery team
- Support delivery team in creating tailored system demos and presentations to meet customer requirements and build trust in the proposed solutions
- Support technical implementations of the pricing platform to deliver solutions that bring maximum value to our customers.
- Test and validate the solutions before UAT
- Act as a technical advisor in upsell-related projects and complex change requests
- Work with the Product team to identify potential product development opportunities to improve our market offering.
- Develop solution best practices (documentation and how-to approach)
- Work with the team to expand pricing and product knowledge as both a trainer and participant.
You have:
- Technical background/ business analyst/ tech consultant experience/ ex product manager
- Experience in delivering complex projects to Enterprise customers
- Analytical mindset with a consultative approach, capable of identifying patterns, uncovering root causes, and recommending actionable solutions.
Strong cross-functional communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration between technical and business teams
Desirable requirements:
Experience working with the pricing solutions is highly desirable
Soft skills:
- Motivation to learn new technologies, solve problems and suggest solutions
- Ability to work independently combined with time management skills,
- Capability to confidently interact with customer teams
- Fluent communication skills in English
