SEO Specialist
We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute advanced SEO strategies across multiple brands and markets. The role involves developing data-driven SEO roadmaps, optimizing technical performance, and driving measurable growth in highly competitive LATAM and Tier-1 markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies and performance roadmaps.
- Conduct website audits, identify technical issues, and coordinate fixes with dev teams.
- Optimize site structure, metadata, and internal linking to boost organic visibility.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead and manage link-building campaigns and maintain a healthy backlink profile.
- Track key SEO metrics, analyze results, and deliver actionable reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align SEO with business goals.
- Supervise SEO contractors or junior specialists and ensure quality execution.
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of proven SEO experience in competitive LATAM/Tier-1 markets.
- Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of Google ranking algorithms.
- Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Data Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
- Experience in link building, outreach campaigns, and CMS management.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and site architecture.
- English level: B2+ (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with automation tools (Zebroid, Xrumer, MoneyRobot, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Python or PHP for SEO automation.
- Proven SEO case studies or portfolio.
