We’re looking for an AI Systems Engineer with strong Python expertise to join a cross-functional team building RAG solutions and multi-agent systems.
You’ll take AI products from prototype to production: design pipelines, integrate LLMs, build scalable backends, and ensure reliability, security, and performance.

We value pragmatic thinking, production mindset, clean architecture, and the ability to own features end-to-end.

Expertise Required

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Commercial development experience 3+ years
• Proven experience bringing AI systems into production
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems
• Understanding of RAG architectures
• Ability to work across the stack (AI, backend, databases, basic frontend if needed)
• Experience designing and consuming APIs
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Understanding of basic security and data protection principles

What You Will Do

• Design and build RAG pipelines and agent-based systems
• Ship AI solutions to production with monitoring, logging, and error handling
• Maintain and improve existing production AI services
• Integrate LLMs and external services
• Design and optimize databases, indexes, and queries
• Collaborate on backend logic and system architecture
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
• Diagnose, reproduce, and fix production issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in code reviews, planning, and architecture discussions
• Ensure performance, scalability, and data security

Will Be a Plus

• Experience with LangChain
• Production experience with RAG architectures
• Work in a product or platform team
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Familiarity with vector databases
