Business Development Manager

An international engineering company is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales across Europe.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively acquire new clients through phone outreach (minimum 30 calls/day).
  • Sell the company’s engineering and installation services to new and existing clients.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and related documentation.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain reports and work effectively in a CRM system.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with long sales cycles (3–6 months).
  • Fluent in English and French (C1+ spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to establish contacts quickly and build positive relationships.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
