Business Development Manager
An international engineering company is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire new clients through phone outreach (minimum 30 calls/day).
- Sell the company’s engineering and installation services to new and existing clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals and related documentation.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain reports and work effectively in a CRM system.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with long sales cycles (3–6 months).
- Fluent in English and French (C1+ spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to establish contacts quickly and build positive relationships.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
