Junior Sales Operations Coordinator
Our company specializes in the development of high-tech measurement systems combining hardware and software for data processing. We are looking for a Junior Sales Operations Coordinator to support the sales team and coordinate work between Sales and internal teams in Technical, Production, and Marketing. This entry-level role includes structured onboarding and training from the Sales Lead. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to quickly handle CRM and sales coordination tasks independently. Success means keeping CRM data accurate, coordinating demos and PoCs smoothly, preparing proposals efficiently, supporting internal communication, and becoming more independent within the first months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day sales back-office support to the sales team (Sales Lead, CCO, and Tech Sales Support)
- Coordinate customer demos and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) with internal technical stakeholders
- Maintain, update, and consolidate the CRM database (bi-weekly consolidation and hygiene)
- Support preparation of commercial proposals, documents, and customer-facing materials
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Technical, Production, and Logistics
- Support sales enablement activities such as brochures, new campaigns, and sales collateral
- Ensure smooth internal follow-up and communication, especially across multilingual stakeholders
Requirements:
- English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher, confident for verbal and written communication, German: Intermediate (B1) or higher, confident in verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Multitasking and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up reliably
- Basic IT literacy and confidence working with complex data
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and database-style processes
- Comfortable doing some company presentations ( i.e. at the chamber of commerce or in video calls)
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in sales support, operations, admin, or customer coordination
- Experience with CRM tools (any platform)
