Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native Administration)

We are looking for more than just a coder. We are looking for an Engineer with a builder’s soul—someone with 5+ years of deep engineering experience who is genuinely obsessed with the AI revolution and wants to define how software is built in the post-LLM era.
 

We are building an AI-native platform, and we need a "live" candidate: someone who doesn't just "know" AI but lives it—experimenting with new models, building agents, and using AI tools to multiply their own productivity.
 

Who You Are

• A Seasoned Engineer: You have 5+ years of commercial experience. You’ve seen architectures succeed and fail, and you know how to build systems that scale.
• AI-Obsessed: You are a "power user" of the modern AI stack. Whether it’s Cursor, Windsurf, or custom-built agents, you believe that AI is fundamentally changing the way we write code and solve problems.
• A "Live" Tech Enthusiast: You follow the latest releases from OpenAI, Anthropic, and DeepSeek. You have pet projects, you experiment with RAG, and you are constantly curious about what’s next in the AI space.
• Ownership Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity. You don’t wait for a 50-page Jira ticket; you identify a problem, design a solution, and ship it.
   

What You’ll Do

• Build the Foundation: As a founding member, you will design and implement the core architecture of our AI-native administration platform from scratch.
• Agentic Workflows: Move beyond simple chatbots. You will design complex AI agents that handle real-world administrative logic, decision-making, and automation.
• AI-Driven Development: We expect you to lead by example—using AI tools to code faster and better, and helping the team stay at the bleeding edge of AI productivity.
• Product Ownership: You will work directly with the founders to shape the roadmap, influence the product vision, and make critical technology choices.
   

Technical Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering (ideally with Python or TypeScript).
• Proven experience with LLM integration: Hands-on work with OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of AI concepts: You know the difference between fine-tuning and RAG; you understand tokenization, context windows, and prompt engineering.
• Full-stack capability: While you might lean toward the backend, you aren't afraid to touch the frontend or infrastructure to get a feature live.
• Architectural Excellence: Ability to design clean, maintainable systems while moving at startup speed.
