Junior PPC Specialist

You will set up and support PPC campaigns for TechMagic’s service and product directions across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and optionally Meta Ads — from account structure and campaign type selection to working with ad creatives and identifying opportunities for ongoing performance improvement. This role is focused on operational support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus)
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs and conversion metrics
  • Test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and platform features to improve results
  • Stay updated on PPC trends and platform updates to build expertise

 

Tools & Platforms Experience

  • Paid Acquisition: Hands-on experience with Google Ads; familiarity with Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads is a plus
  • Analytics & Product: Basic understanding of GA4, Looker, and Google Tag Manager for monitoring campaigns and reviewing performance data.
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets: pivot tables and calculated fields, filtering, and basic text formulas for data handling.
