We are looking for a Recruiter to identify and attract top talent for our growth team. 
 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founders to define candidate profiles, key skills, and success criteria for Media Buyer role and future hires.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks).
• Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
• Professional communication with all candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting (digital marketing, e-commerce, or tech).
• Experience in closing Media Buyer positions is mandatory.
• English B2+
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
