We are looking for a Recruiter to identify and attract top talent for our growth team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the founders to define candidate profiles, key skills, and success criteria for Media Buyer role and future hires.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks).
- Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
- Professional communication with all candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting (digital marketing, e-commerce, or tech).
- Experience in closing Media Buyer positions is mandatory.
- English B2+
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
