About the Role
 

We’re looking for a creative junior who writes clearly and naturally, understands TikTok/UGC culture, and wants to grow in creative strategy.
 

You’ll join Bitte’s creative team and work on content for TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube Shorts, and UGC projects.
 

What You’ll Do
 

• Generate ideas, angles, and concepts for UGC and short-form ad videos.

• Write simple, engaging, structured scripts for creators and influencers.

• Prepare clear creative briefs for editors, designers, and production teams.

• Track TikTok/Reels trends and analyze what is currently working in the US market.

• Research competitor content, identify new approaches, hooks, and formats.

• Build a reference library, moodboards, and a structured bank of creative ideas.

• Work closely with the Senior Creative Strategist and the UGC team.
 

What You Bring
 

• Interest or experience in UGC, short-form video, or content creation.

• Understanding of TikTok/Reels culture and what creates a “scroll-stopping” moment.

• Ability to write in a clear, concise, emotionally engaging style.

• Creativity + the ability to follow structured guidelines.

• English level B1–C1.

• Willingness to learn and grow in performance-driven creative work.
 

Nice-to-Haves
 

• Experience creating content for US audiences.
• Understanding of performance creative fundamentals — hooks, angles, POV, CTA.
• Familiarity with the wellness/supplements niche and clean aesthetic.
• Experience with paid traffic campaigns (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads targeting).
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets (basic analysis & reporting).
• Experience working with Notion for task management and documentation.
