Senior Affiliate Manager (Cyprus)
We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing and performance-driven iGaming company based in Limassol, Cyprus (On-site).
We are looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager who can scale and manage a high-performing affiliate network across multiple EMEA markets. This is a hands-on role requiring strong relationship management, analytical thinking, and commercial negotiation skills.
π Role Overview
As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a healthy affiliate portfolio, driving high-quality traffic, and ensuring strong ROI performance across key European markets.
You will work closely with Creative, Marketing, Risk, Payments, and Legal teams to ensure campaigns are optimized, compliant, and profitable.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates across SEO, PPC, Forums, Social Media, and other performance channels
- Manage day-to-day communication with partners, ensuring strong engagement and long-term collaboration
- Oversee campaigns across EMEA markets (France, Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Germany, etc.)
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics (FTDs, NGR, eCPA, RevShare, retention rates)
- Analyze competitor offers, geo-specific landing pages, and creatives to recommend strategic improvements
- Ensure accurate tracking implementation (tagging, postbacks, links, testing)
- Collaborate with Creative/Marketing teams to develop tailored landing pages, banners, and exclusive offers
- Prepare weekly performance reports including commissions, activity insights, and action plans
- Handle disputes and coordinate with Risk, Payments, and Legal regarding fraud, chargebacks, or contract issues
- Maintain structured budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
β Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within the iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of iGaming traffic sources, GEO dynamics, and player value drivers
- Established network of affiliates, media buyers, and performance agencies
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., ReferOn, CellXpert, Affilka or similar)
- Strong negotiation skills (CPA, RevShare, hybrid deals)
- Budget planning and ROI forecasting experience
- Ability to present performance insights clearly to stakeholders
- Fluent English (written & spoken); additional EMEA languages are a plus
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends when required
