We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Content Coordinator (Supporting Sales & Brand Growth) / Assistant of Director of Sales and Marketing
This is a position at a company that has been developing a property booking service in the USA for over 10 years.
The Marketing & Content Coordinator supports the company’s sales, marketing, and brand initiatives by creating ongoing content, managing assets, and ensuring consistent organic visibility.
This role works closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to amplify campaigns, produce engaging visuals, repurpose testimonials, and support lead generation efforts through strategic storytelling and social media execution.
🔸 Requirements:
- Experience as a Digital Marketing Manager / SMM Manager / Marketing & Content Coordinator
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced
- Experience working with the USA or EU markets
🔸 The Company Offers:
- Fully remote work
- Working hours: 7:00am — 3:00pm CST (3:00pm — 11:00pm Kyiv time)
- Direct collaboration with the Director of Sales and Marketing
- Compensation by agreement (SWIFT, PayPal, etc.)
🔸 Key Responsibilities:
◼️ Content Creation & Visual Asset Development
- Create weekly social media assets, including branded AI visuals, graphics, and short-form content.
- Develop polished marketing visuals for LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, and outbound collateral.
- Transform long-form content into snippets, carousels, and repurposed media.
- Build consistent brand themes (AI feature highlights, market-specific visuals).
◼️ Testimonial & Case Study Production
- Repurpose testimonials into short, high-impact clips.
- Create captions, branded overlays, and ready-to-post assets.
- Publish weekly testimonial content as part of visibility strategy.
◼️ Organic Posting & Social Media Support
- Draft captions and schedule posts 2–3 times per week.
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with sales priorities.
- Monitor performance and optimize for maximum engagement.
◼️ Lead Support & Industry Research
- Research new leads via LinkedIn, AnyBiz, and other platforms.
- Identify property managers, independent hosts, and companies.
- Track competitors and industry trends.
◼️ Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Support webinars, product launches, and market campaigns.
- Ensure alignment with key messaging: AI automation & tool consolidation.
◼️ Brand Consistency & Asset Management
- Maintain organized brand asset folders and templates.
- Ensure consistent visuals aligned with company tone and positioning.
◼️ General Marketing & Sales Support
- Assist with decks, one-pagers, follow-up collateral, and event graphics.
- Act as an extension of the sales and marketing team to ensure polished, on-brand material
🔸 Interview Process:
- Introductory call with a recruiter (15 minutes)
- Interview with the Director of Sales and Marketing (30–45 minutes). A test task may be assigned based on the interview results
