Creative Video Editor / Performance Ads (Mobile Fitness App)
We’re looking for a creative video editor focused on performance ads, not cinematic production.
Our product is a fitness mobile app.
Your task is simple and clear: produce ad creatives at scale.
This role is about:
- speed
- consistency
- understanding what works in paid ads
Not about “art for art’s sake”.
What you’ll do
- Create short-form video ads (TikTok / Reels / Meta)
- Edit videos using our ready workout content library
- Analyze competitor ads (we provide access to analytics tools)
- Replicate and adapt proven ad formats
- Create hooks, captions, simple on-screen text
- Produce creatives in batches (weekly / monthly)
- Occasionally create static or simple animated banners
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up scripts and ideas
Requirements
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere / AE or similar)
- Understanding of performance marketing basics
- Ability to work independently and deliver on time
- Focus on volume and results, not perfection
- Basic English (texts are simple)
Work format
- Remote
- Long-term cooperation
- Stable workload
Volume
- Start: 10–20 videos per week or ~50 videos per month
Payment
- Fixed monthly payment or per-creative model (discussed after test task)
