Creative Video Editor / Performance Ads (Mobile Fitness App)

We’re looking for a creative video editor focused on performance ads, not cinematic production.

Our product is a fitness mobile app.
Your task is simple and clear: produce ad creatives at scale.

This role is about:

  • speed
  • consistency
  • understanding what works in paid ads

Not about “art for art’s sake”.

What you’ll do

  • Create short-form video ads (TikTok / Reels / Meta)
  • Edit videos using our ready workout content library
  • Analyze competitor ads (we provide access to analytics tools)
  • Replicate and adapt proven ad formats
  • Create hooks, captions, simple on-screen text
  • Produce creatives in batches (weekly / monthly)
  • Occasionally create static or simple animated banners
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up scripts and ideas

Requirements

  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere / AE or similar)
  • Understanding of performance marketing basics
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on time
  • Focus on volume and results, not perfection
  • Basic English (texts are simple)

Work format

  • Remote
  • Long-term cooperation
  • Stable workload

Volume

  • Start: 10–20 videos per week or ~50 videos per month

Payment

  • Fixed monthly payment or per-creative model (discussed after test task)
