About Streamline

Streamline is a U.S.-based telecom prime contractor delivering network construction, wireline deployment, and subscriber fulfillment services across multiple states. We work directly with ISPs, MSOs, and national carriers, managing large-scale field operations and subcontractor networks.

 

Position Summary

Integrate marketing into Streamlineโ€™s field operations. Turn real project execution into measurable visibility, inbound demand, and market credibilityโ€”for both client acquisition and subcontractor partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities

Operations-First Marketing

  • Partner with Operations and field supervisors to capture real-time project documentation (data, photos, video)
  • Build repeatable processes for field content collection and quality control
  • Translate operational execution into factual, credible marketing assets

Content & Proof Execution

  • Produce and publish case studies, LinkedIn posts, short-form video, and photo documentation
  • Maintain consistent content cadence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry platforms
  • Build and manage a structured library of proof assets (projects, certifications, capabilities)

Website & Lead Generation

  • Own website updates: service pages, case studies, project portfolios
  • Build and optimize landing pages and lead capture forms (clients and subcontractors)
  • Ensure CRM integration and proper lead routing for sales follow-up

CRM, AI & Automation

  • Manage CRM pipeline hygiene and lead capture workflows
  • Leverage AI tools to scale content creation and structuring
  • Support marketing automation setup and performance reporting

Coordination & Execution Ownership

  • Coordinate external contractors (design, video, copywriting)
  • Manage or coordinate PR and content specialists as needed
  • Ensure all execution aligns with strategic marketing priorities and business objectives

 

Profile Weโ€™re Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 3โ€“5 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience
  • Proven track record in operations-heavy, field services, or industrial B2B businesses (telecom, construction, utilities, logistics โ€” a plus)
  • Experience managing content production, CRM workflows, and cross-functional execution

Technical Capabilities

  • Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Proficient with AI tools for content and automation
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation and lead capture systems

Mindset & Work Style

  • High ownership and execution-driven
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-moving environment
  • Pragmatic problem-solver who gets things done without waiting for perfect conditions

Language

  • Working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with U.S.-based leadership and operations teams
