We are currently looking for a 3D Artist to share our core company values:

We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

• Full-time job
• Office-based in Kyiv

Our ideal candidate:

• 1+ year of professional experience (or a strong portfolio)
• Confident modeling skills based on references and concepts
• Ability to stylize and maintain a consistent visual style
• Proficient in texturing and efficient use of texture space
• Basic skills in rigging, skinning, or simple animation
• Understanding of composition and color fundamentals

Key responsibilities:

• Creating 3D assets for mobile games (characters, props, environments)
• Working closely with game designers, artists, and Developers to achieve strong visual results
• Preparing assets according to technical requirements
• Participating in visual development and stylistic decisions

What we offer in terms of growth:

You don’t need prior experience with Unity or Playable Ads — we will teach you everything necessary to grow into a full-cycle game artist.

You will:

• Learn how to properly prepare and integrate assets into Unity
• Gain practical experience in mobile game optimization
• Understand the pipeline of Playable Ads production
• Develop technical skills required for modern mobile game production

Nice to have:

• Understanding of the mobile games market and personal gaming experience
• Experience with any game engine (not required, but a plus)
• Awareness of mobile optimization principles
