We are looking for a Recruiter who will drive our hiring engine and secure top talent. Your role will combine deep headhunting, sourcing through unconventional channels, and closing complex and non-trivial positions in tech and performance marketing.
You will own the full recruitment cycle: from building target lists and sourcing passive candidates to conducting interviews, managing pipelines, and ensuring a stable flow of qualified specialists into the business.
Responsibilities
- Closing complex technical and performance marketing roles (Full-stack developers, Product, Retention Specialists, Account Managers, Sales)
Headhunting and sourcing passive candidates through cold channels
Creating target lists of competitors and mapping team structures.
- Sourcing through non-traditional channels
- Conducting initial interviews, assessing fit, managing candidates through the pipeline
- Providing weekly search status updates
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Tech / IT recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring performance marketing roles
- Strong headhunting background with passive sourcing across multiple markets
- Expert-level Boolean & X-ray search (Google, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)
- High self-organization, discipline, and process ownership
Nice to Have
- Prior experience sourcing talent for iGaming or performance-driven call-centers
- Established network in tech, arbitrage, or affiliate communities
