As our communication volume continues to scale, we are expanding our messaging infrastructure and are now looking for an experienced Messaging Operations Manager to own and scale this layer.
This is not a marketing or CRM role.
This role exists to build stable, resilient, and scalable SMS infrastructure in environments with increased platform restrictions.
Role Overview
As a Messaging Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end SMS and messaging operations layer across multiple parallel setups.
Your mission:
ensure stable delivery, continuity, and scalability of high-volume messaging, even when platforms change rules, apply restrictions, or block accounts.
You will work with multiple accounts, non-standard setups, and rotating infrastructures, focusing on execution, speed, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Infrastructure
Set up and manage multiple SMS / messaging accounts in parallel
Work with non-standard or alternative account configurations
Maintain redundant setups to avoid single points of failure
Ensure uninterrupted traffic flow through account rotation and fallback logic
Keep infrastructure stable under changing platform conditions
Deliverability & Stability
Monitor delivery signals, account health, and platform limitations
React quickly to blocks, flags, or sudden restrictions
Test and iterate operational approaches to increase volume and stability
Identify early signals of degradation before full blocks occur
Process & Ownership
Document account states, setups, and operational decisions
Continuously improve internal processes and playbooks
Work closely with traffic and growth teams to support scaling needs
Requirements
Hands-on experience in high-volume messaging or traffic-driven environments
Strong understanding of how platforms detect, limit, and restrict activity
Experience working with account-heavy infrastructures, not single long-term accounts
Comfortable operating in environments where accounts have limited lifecycles
Calm, precise, and structured under pressure and constant change
High level of ownership and operational discipline

Affiliate or performance-driven projects
Messaging or traffic operations in restricted or regulated environments
High-volume systems where deliverability > branding
Projects requiring fast setup, fast iteration, and fast recovery
Tools & Approach
Experience with SMS platforms / aggregators is expected
Understanding of routing, deliverability monitoring, and fallback logic
Automation or orchestration tools are a plus
(tools matter less than operational thinking)
