Professional Qualifications:
🔹 2+ years of experience in active recruiting;
🔹 Excellent communication and networking skills;
🔹 Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, ATS, and AI-powered search tools;
🔹 Analytical mindset and genuine love for metrics & data;
🔹 English at B1 level;
🔹 Ability to work from our Kyiv office.

Responsibilities:
🔸 Full-cycle recruiting — from understanding business needs to successful offer acceptance
🔸 Closing both technical and non-technical positions
🔸 Close collaboration with Hiring Managers and culture fit evaluation
🔸 Building employer brand through events, content, and community activities
🔸 Working with performance metrics and continuous improvement of hiring quality
