Senior Data Analyst
We are seeking a Data Analyst (Web/Mobile Marketing Analyst) to build and scale a unified analytics foundation for our mobile and web subscription products. You will consolidate marketing, product, and financial data to provide actionable insights that drive user acquisition efficiency, improve monetization, and support strategic product decisions.
This role is ideal for an analytical professional who thrives at the intersection of marketing analytics, product data, and subscription economics, and who is comfortable working cross-functionally with UA managers, Product Managers, Data Engineers, and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Experience with subscription-based mobile and web products (subscriptions, in-app purchases, web2app, web2web).
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with subscription analytics platforms (AppHud / Adapty / RevenueCat).
- Experience with attribution systems (AppsFlyer / Adjust or similar).
- Experience analyzing paid traffic (Meta Ads, Google Ads, ASA, etc.): CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, payback.
- Experience with analyzing product and unit economics metrics: LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, Retention, Conversion, Churn, CAC, ROI/ROAS, payback.
- Understanding of DWH and data mart design principles; experience collaborating with Data Engineers (layers, keys, schemas).
Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of paid marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, ASA, etc.): CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV by channel/country/campaign.
- Evaluate the contribution of different traffic sources, creatives, and audiences to monetization and user retention.
- Analyze core product metrics of mobile apps: LTV, ARPU, Retention, Conversion, Churn, and cohort-based user behavior.
- Generate and validate hypotheses to improve monetization, retention, and user acquisition efficiency based on data.
- Design, write, and maintain SQL queries for the DWH to support regular reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and BI dashboards.
- Participate in data architecture and data mart design with Data Engineers: define required tables, relationships, metrics, and data SLAs.
- Configure and develop dashboards in Looker Studio / Tableau for product, marketing, and executive teams.
- Ensure data quality: monitor correctness of integrations (AppsFlyer, AppHud, ad platforms), track data lags, gaps, duplicates, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with UA, PMM, Product Managers, and C-level stakeholders: help shape analytical requests, propose relevant metrics and reporting formats.
