We’re excited to introduce you to Softsich — a young, ambitious, and fast-growing company that creates innovative digital products and confidently expands its presence in global markets.


We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Affiliate Manager to join our team and strengthen our affiliate marketing direction. In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing long-term partnerships, attracting new affiliates, optimizing traffic quality, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to scale performance and ensure sustainable growth across global markets.


Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with partners: Maintaining and developing cooperation with existing partners. Ensuring profitability growth through active communication and analysis of partner campaigns.
  • Attracting new partners: Searching for and connecting new partners to expand the network. Conducting negotiations and signing profitable agreements.
  • Performance analysis: Continuous monitoring and analysis of partners' performance. Defining KPIs for partners and monitoring their implementation. Providing regular reports and recommendations for improving performance.
  • Budget management: Control of the marketing budget and achievement of maximum ROI. Collaboration with analysts to optimise cost efficiency.
  • Brand promotion: Participation in industry events (exhibitions, conferences) to represent the company. Development and implementation of a strategy to promote the affiliate programme brand.
  • Team collaboration: Close interaction with Retention, Support, Outbound, Product, and Analytics departments to optimise the sales funnel.
  • Conference travel: Mandatory participation in marketing conferences to establish new contacts, study the market, and present the product.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the global markets
  • Strong understanding of online marketing, affiliate tracking, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. That requires an advanced English level.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret affiliate performance data.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
  • We only consider Ukrainian or Russian-speaking candidates
