Implementation Specialist to $3500
We’re looking for a specialist who wants to grow into a strong B2B client-facing professional and have the TOP-conditions.
The product helps companies manage their internal processes more effectively. You will help new clients start working with the platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Joining onboarding calls with U.S. clients
- Assisting in gathering client requirements
- Helping configure parts of the system
- Preparing onboarding materials and guides
- Supporting senior team members during implementation
Making sure clients understand how to use the platform
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 1–2 years of experience in SaaS, customer support, project coordination, or client communication
- Speaks strong English and is comfortable speaking with international clients
- Is organized and structured
- Learns quickly and is not afraid of complex systems
- Wants to grow in B2B SaaS and client-facing roles
