What You’ll Do

• Launch & Scale: Take full ownership of launching, testing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns from scratch.
• Multi-Channel Strategy: Work primarily with Demand Gen, Search, and Display (depending on your specific expertise and performance).
• Data-Driven Optimization: Constantly optimize toward strict KPI targets (CPA/ROAS). We value speed and data over guesswork.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets across various GEOs and campaigns, doubling down on winners.
• Creative Innovation: Collaborate with the team to test new creatives, angles, and landing pages to stay ahead of the market.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Google Media Buyer or Performance Marketer (ideally within Health, Lifestyle, or E-commerce niches).
• Profitability: A proven track record of running campaigns independently and scaling them profitably.
• Analytical Power: Strong grasp of core metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR) and a deep understanding of unit economics (CPA/ROAS).
• English Proficiency: Comfortable working in English (both written and spoken) within an international environment.
• Agility: A "move fast" mindset and the ability to pivot strategies based on real-time data.
