AI Reels Producer to $2000

TICKETS is a product built by the bxnda.com team — a travel-tech company that builds and scales flight ticket aggregators across 80+ countries worldwide. We're a startup, not a bureaucracy-heavy corporation. Speed, ownership, and real results matter here.

We're looking for an AI Reels Producer who can create story-driven AI-generated video content for Instagram and TikTok. Not generic ads — but content with strong hooks, compelling narratives, and clear purpose.
 

Your Role

You'll own the creative vision and execution of AI video content. You'll write scripts, craft prompts, produce videos, and develop formats that can be scaled across multiple accounts. You're both the creative brain and the hands-on executor.
 

What You'll Do

• Write creative scripts and scenarios with strong hooks
• Craft and iterate prompts to get high-quality AI video outputs
• Produce AI-generated videos using tools like Kie Ai, HeyGen, Freepik, Higgsfield
• Develop new video formats and templates that can be scaled across accounts
• Understand and define content goals: informational, educational, emotional, conversion
• Test hooks, formats, and storytelling approaches
• Document winning formulas and create playbooks for the team
   

What We're Looking For

• Experience creating AI-generated video content (portfolio required)
• Storytelling skills — you think in narratives, not feature lists
• Understanding of TikTok/Reels trends and what makes content perform
• Ability to write prompts that consistently deliver quality outputs
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously
   

Work Format

• Office-based
• Warsaw, Poland (or relocation to Warsaw)
