Affiliate Lead Generator / Support Manager

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Affiliate Lead Generator / Support Manager to join our affiliate team.

This is an entry-level position with clear career growth to Junior Affiliate Manager for candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, basic affiliate knowledge, and a willingness to grow in performance marketing.

You will be responsible for handling incoming chats and inquiries, as well as managing initial communication with potential affiliate partners.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Handle incoming chats and messages from potential affiliate partners
• Conduct primary communication and qualification of affiliate leads
• Provide basic information about cooperation models and partnership terms
• Maintain accurate records of leads and communications in internal systems
• Support the affiliate team with day-to-day operational and communication tasks
• Transfer qualified leads to Affiliate Managers
• Follow internal communication standards and response time SLAs

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• English level: Intermediate or higher (written & spoken)
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing terms:
  • CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models
  • GEOs, traffic sources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in affiliate support / lead generation / customer support is a plus
