Lead Generation Specialist

We are currently looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for building and scaling outbound lead generation processes in Western markets.

This role is fully focused on generating qualified leads for IT services.
 

Responsibilities

— Build and execute outbound lead generation strategy (cold email + LinkedIn)
— Research target companies and decision-makers (C-level, Head of Engineering, CTOs, etc.)
— Generate sales qualified meetings
— Create, test, and optimize cold email sequences (A/B testing, messaging improvements)
— Manage LinkedIn outreach using multiple accounts
— Work with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Linked Helper, Apollo and CRM systems
— Maintain and segment CRM database
— Analyze campaign performance (open rate, reply rate, booking rate) and optimize continuously
— Monitor email deliverability and domain warm-up processes
— Ensure consistent and predictable lead flow
 

Strict Requirements

— Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation in IT services companies (outsourcing/outstaffing only)
— Proven hands-on experience in cold email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
— Experience working with multiple LinkedIn accounts and automation tools
— Strong written English (B1+ minimum, confident business writing)
— Ability to demonstrate real KPIs and results from previous roles
— Experience building and testing email sequences
— Understanding of outbound funnel (ICP → list building → messaging → booking meetings)
— Understanding of email deliverability pillars

— Strong self-management and task planning skills
— Result-oriented, responsible, and accountable personality

— Participation in deal support or discovery phases
— Experience improving or structuring outbound processes
— Deep experience with automation tools and scaling outbound systems
