Junior Support Manager (English B2+)

 

We are looking for a Junior Support Manager to join our team and provide high-quality communication and assistance to partners and clients in an international AdTech environment.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients and partners in English (chat/email).
  • Process incoming requests and resolve basic issues.
  • Escalate technical or complex cases to relevant departments.
  • Monitor account activity and ensure smooth cooperation.
  • Maintain internal reports and update CRM systems.
  • Support the team with daily operational tasks.
  •  

 Requirements:

  • English level B2+ (confident written communication is a must).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of responsibility.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer support will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing / AdTech is a plus.

 

 Conditions:

  • Remote, full-time position.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 (Kyiv time).
