Junior Support Manager (English B2+)
We are looking for a Junior Support Manager to join our team and provide high-quality communication and assistance to partners and clients in an international AdTech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and partners in English (chat/email).
- Process incoming requests and resolve basic issues.
- Escalate technical or complex cases to relevant departments.
- Monitor account activity and ensure smooth cooperation.
- Maintain internal reports and update CRM systems.
- Support the team with daily operational tasks.
Requirements:
- English level B2+ (confident written communication is a must).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of responsibility.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer support will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing / AdTech is a plus.
Conditions:
- Remote, full-time position.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 (Kyiv time).
