Lead Generation Manager

We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to drive high-quality pipeline growth through data-driven acquisition strategies. This role will own end-to-end lead generation efforts across multiple channels, optimizing performance and scalability.

 

The expertise we’re looking for

  • 2-3 years experience in lead generation;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems;
  • Ability to QA large number of leads in bulk (automated email bounce testing and MX/SMTP/Domain checkups)
  • Understanding of automated data extraction systems, including AI-driven solutions and engagement automations (Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly or similar)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and drive results independently;
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

     

Would be a plus

  • Work experince in IGaming filed or Lead Generation agency;

     

Your position will include

  • Implement lead generation strategies to support sales objectives and expand the client base;
  • Identify potential leads through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives;
  • Manage the presales process, providing support to the sales team in the initial stages of the client engagement;
  • Maintain an organized database of leads and prospects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting on lead status and conversion rates;
  • Work closely with sales and account management teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
