Now we’re looking for an Affiliate Promotion Coordinator to own the operational and commercial execution of those offers end-to-end.

🎯 Job Description
As an Affiliate Promotion Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for onboarding, managing, and optimizing affiliate offers across our newsletter portfolio.
This role is not commission-based and is not about finding traffic or sourcing offers. Your success will be measured by clean execution, operational reliability, and improved deal terms (payouts, caps, approvals).
You will act as the dedicated commercial representative for one specific business entity within our network. This requires strong operational discipline, secure handling of logins and links, and strict adherence to zero cross-contamination principles between accounts.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Partner Onboarding & Account Setup

  • Register and verify company accounts with affiliate networks and brands provided by management
  • Handle KYC and financial verification: submit legal, banking, and identity documentation accurately and professionally
  • Complete onboarding steps, compliance forms, and basic brand requirements
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, payout terms, restrictions, contacts, and access details

Negotiation & Relationship Management

  • Communicate with affiliate managers to secure better payouts, higher caps, and improved terms
  • Act as the commercial face of the assigned entity, pushing toward “Super Affiliate”–level terms
  • Handle routine partner communications: clarifications, creatives, policy questions, payment follow-ups
  • Maintain professional, responsive, and consistent partner relationships

Offer Operations & Placement Coordination

  • Add and manage offers in the internal offer-rotation system (monday.com or equivalent) with correct metadata:
    • vertical, geo, device, restrictions, payout, links, tracking parameters, start/stop dates, creatives
  • Coordinate placements based on internal direction (which newsletters, when, and frequency)
  • Ensure correct link formatting and tracking integrity (UTMs / SubIDs where applicable)

Quality Control & Compliance Hygiene

  • Ensure offers run strictly within partner rules and restrictions
  • Flag risky offers or unclear compliance requirements early
  • Coordinate with internal QA and Support teams if issues may cause complaints or platform risk

Reporting & Operational Discipline

  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline covering:
    • offers pending onboarding / live / paused / blocked
    • partner response times, approvals, and term changes
  • Provide simple weekly updates: what’s live, what’s pending, what’s blocked, and what improved
🛠 Tools You’ll Work With
  • monday.com (or equivalent) for offer rotation, tracking, and placements
  • Email / WhatsApp / Slack for partner communications
  • Spreadsheets, Docs, or Notion for reporting and documentation
  • Password manager (e.g. 1Password) with strict account hygiene
  • CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot or similar)
  • Affiliate tracking platforms (wecantrack, Affilimate, Trackonomics, StatsDrone, or similar)

📌 Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate operations, partner operations, performance marketing ops, deal support, or business development
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Excellent English (C1): confident written and spoken communication with partners
  • Commercial mindset: comfortable pushing for better payouts and terms
  • High organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of zero cross-contamination principles for affiliate links and accounts
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot or similar)
  • Experience with task-tracking tools (monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar)
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets / Notion skills
  • Ownership mindset: follow through, close loops, keep stakeholders informed
  • Solid understanding of tracking basics: UTMs, SubIDs, attribution

📌 Nice to Have
  • Experience working with affiliate networks (ClickBank, CJ, Impact, Awin, ShareASale, etc.)
  • Experience supporting high-volume media or email monetization operations
  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (wecantrack, Affilimate, Trackonomics, StatsDrone)
  • Understanding of compliance considerations in finance or health verticals
  • English level: C2 or Native
