Junior Affiliate Manager

We are currently looking for an ambitious and proactive Affiliate Manager to strengthen our team, help scale traffic volumes, and build long-term relationships with partners in global markets.

If you understand metrics, know how to negotiate favorable terms, and have experience in the Gambling/Betting niche, we definitely have something to talk about.

Our Ideal Candidate (Requirements):

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in an Affiliate Manager position, mandatorily within the Gambling or Betting niche.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of affiliate marketing principles, cooperation models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid), and key metrics (ROI, LTV, Conversion Rate, etc.).
  • English: B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher โ€” for fluent communication with international partners and conducting negotiations.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to work with large volumes of data, analyze traffic, and make decisions based on numbers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with tracking platforms, understanding of postback setup and integrations.
  • Will be a plus: Having your own database of active partners/webmasters.

Your Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the hunt for new affiliate partners across key channels (SEO sites, Twitch/Kick streamers, etc.) through proactive market research.
  • Increasing volumes of quality traffic from current partners and constantly searching for new sources (GEOs/sources).
  • Build and maintain a clean, organized CRM database of all prospective leads.
  • Drive top-of-funnel engagement by executing persistent follow-ups until leads are warmed up for negotiations.
  • Track and analyze lead generation KPIs (status, conversion rates), providing regular reports with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Affiliate Managers to ensure team success.
