Weโ€™re looking for a proactive and empathetic 

๐Ÿ’› HR People Partner to join our growing team!
In this role, youโ€™ll be the key connector ๐Ÿ”— between employees, team leads, and leadership โ€” creating a high-performing, supportive, and engaging work environment.

You'll also help modernize HR processes โš™๏ธ and policies, shaping the way HR works across the company ๐Ÿš€

 

๐Ÿ’ผ Key Responsibilities:

  •  Act as a trusted advisor to managers and team members on all HR-related matters
  •  Facilitate 1:1s, team health checks, engagement surveys, and feedback sessions
  •  Support employee development, performance review processes, and career pathing
  •  Work on employee retention and engagement strategies
  •  Help resolve interpersonal and organizational challenges
  •  Collaborate with HR colleagues on initiatives around L&D, recognition, and well-being
  •  Participate in the modernization and optimization of HR processes and internal policies

     Help shape company values and culture

 

โœ… Requirements:

  • ๐Ÿ•’ 1+ years of experience as an HR, HR People Partner, HR Specialist or in a similar HR role
  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ๐Ÿ’› Empathy, integrity, and a people-first mindset
  • ๐Ÿ“š Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • โšก Experience working in dynamic or fast-paced environments 
  • ๐Ÿง  Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized

     

๐ŸŒŸ Nice to Have:

  • ๐Ÿงญ Experience with performance management frameworks
  • ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Background in coaching or facilitation
  • ๐Ÿ’ป Familiarity with HRIS / HRM (Odoo) systems and people analytics tools
  • ๐ŸŒ Experience working with distributed teams
