User Acquisition Manager (Meta)

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to drive profitable user growth by scaling paid acquisition channels and turning performance data into sustainable, ROMI-positive growth.

This role sits at the core of Promova’s growth team and directly impacts revenue, unit economics, and product scale. You’ll work closely with analytics, creative, and product teams to test, optimize, and scale what truly works.

  • We’re expanding experimentation across creatives, audiences, funnels, and geographies.
  • This role will transform testing insights into repeatable, scalable acquisition playbooks.
     

What We’re Looking For

 

Core Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Understanding of ad tracking systems (Pixel, CAPI).
  • English level: Intermediate+ with motivation to improve.
     

Bonus Points:

  • Experience managing large advertising budgets and hitting ROMI or profitability targets.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies for creatives, audiences, and funnels.
  • Experience in market or competitor analysis.
     

Impact Areas

  • Launch, manage, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Own advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve ROMI and profitability targets.
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, geographies, bids, and budgets.
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear optimization actions.
  • Experiment with new traffic channels, funnels, and campaign types to unlock growth.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to support sustainable scaling.
  • Research markets and competitors to inform acquisition and creative strategies.
