Compensation and Benefits Manager to $1200

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team. 
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing compensation and benefits programs, supporting performance and engagement processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. You will work closely with HRBPs and CHRO to ensure transparent, competitive, and well-structured rewards and wellbeing initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Сompensation & Benefits:

- Maintain and update employee benefits programs; conduct market analysis and

propose improvements;

- Configure and automate compensation package tracking in HR systems;

- Develop new compensation elements and present the package to employees and

candidates;

- Communicate with service providers, monitor SLA performance, and maintain

documentation;

- Form and monitor benefits budgets; participate in planning wellbeing initiatives;

- Collaborate with HRBP, managers, and employees on compensation and

workplace-related questions.

 

  • Exit Interviews:

- Conduct exit interviews, document reasons for leaving, and assess related risks;

- Prepare regular reports on turnover and engagement trends;

- Provide recommendations to reduce turnover and strengthen the overall Employee Experience;

- Performance & Engagement Evaluation;

- Support Performance Review cycles and the OKR/KPI process;

- Administer engagement surveys (pulse, Q12, internal assessments);

- Analyze results and offer recommendations for development, training, and team

effectiveness.

 

  • Culture & Wellbeing Support:

- Assist with wellbeing programs and internal employee-experience initiatives;

- Develop brief policies/procedures related to compensation and benefits;

- Contribute to creating a positive Employee Experience throughout the full employee lifecycle.

 

Requirements:

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • Confident user of MS Windows and Excel;
  • At least 2 year of experience in a similar HR / Compensation & Benefits role;
  • Experience working with employee benefits and compensation-related processes;
  • Strong business communication and professional correspondence skills;
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and structured written communication.
