People Operations Manager
Full-Spectrum Recruitment
Own end-to-end hiring for all roles: engineering, production, operations, finance, supply chain, leadership.
Define hiring strategy together with founders and department heads.
Build and manage structured candidate pipelines.
Conduct structured interviews (behavioral + competency-based).
Coordinate technical and managerial evaluation stages.
Manage offer negotiations and closing.
People Operations
Build onboarding and integration processes.
Support performance review cycles and feedback culture.
Develop internal HR policies and documentation.
Track hiring and retention metrics.
Support team leads in team development and conflict resolution.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
Experience hiring across multiple functions (not only tech).
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Ability to assess both hard skills and cultural alignment.
Structured, ownership-driven mindset.
Comfortable operating in high-growth or fast-changing environments.
English โ Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Will Be a Strong Advantage
Experience in manufacturing, defense, robotics, or hardware companies.
Experience building HR processes from scratch.
Understanding of compensation structures and performance systems.
