Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance and ROI across all campaigns and channels, ensuring visibility into business impact;
- Research and adapt marketing performance initiatives for each region/geo, considering cultural, market, and audience preferences to maximise engagement and conversion;
- Brief content and design teams on required assets, visuals, and messaging based on regional performance insights and campaign goals;
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, analytics processes, and reporting frameworks, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely performance tracking across all teams;
- Partner with marketing, sales, and content teams to align on KPIs, funnel stages, and lead quality, ensuring measurable outcomes for each initiative;
- Conduct A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and performance analyses to determine the most effective campaign formats and approaches;
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise campaigns, channel strategies, and resource allocation;
- Maintain consistency in metrics, reporting standards, and performance evaluation across the marketing organisation;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in marketing operations, efficiency, and process standardisation;
- Monitor geo-specific campaign results, adjust strategies accordingly, and ensure all adaptations are informed by data and cultural relevance.
Ideal profile for the position:
- Proven experience in marketing performance management, analytics, lead reporting and qualification, and demand generation;
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead generation, and campaign performance metrics;
- Experience with marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools;
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (CRM, automation, analytics);
- Governance techniques and stop-loss procedures.
Tools & Platforms:
- Salesforce (CRM, lead management, campaign tracking);
- Pipedrive (pipeline and sales process management);
- Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar);
- Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (reporting, dashboards, presentations).
