Demo/Integration Project Manager
Our client is looking for a Demo/Integration Project Manager to join an experienced team and lead the planning and execution of technology demonstrations in Ukraine and internationally. This is a unique opportunity to work with advanced defense technologies and play a key role in how cutting-edge solutions are presented, validated, and delivered to partners and customers worldwide.
You will work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment alongside cross-functional teams, international partners, and clients, coordinating complex operations that combine hardware, logistics, and field execution. The team values ownership, clear communication, and the ability to drive processes forward under real-world constraints.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technology demonstrations at domestic and international locations.
- Support demo preparation from the integration department, including communications, logistics, documentation, equipment readiness, team coordination, and scheduling.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders involved in demo activities.
- Participate in and support on-site and field demonstrations.
- Act as the primary point of contact from the integration department during demo execution.
- Ensure demonstrations are delivered in line with agreed objectives, timelines, and constraints.
- Manage risks, resolve issues quickly, and operate effectively in high-stress environments.
- Support export-related processes, including coordination of dual-use goods.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with partners, customers, and internal teams before, during, and after demos; manage expectations on all sides.
- Drive processes to completion with clear, measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) and confidence working with international partners.
- Understanding the defense tech industry and its operational constraints.
- Experience organizing complex projects or operations, preferably involving hardware and field activities.
- Experience with or a strong understanding of export processes related to dual-use goods.
- High level of stress resilience and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks through to completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and results-oriented approach.
Nice to have:
- Experience participating in or organizing live demonstrations, trials, or field tests.
- Background in defense, aerospace, UAVs, or related technology sectors.
- Experience working with international customers or partners.
