Senior Benefits Manager Offline

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications and regulatory technologies. 

We are looking for a Senior Benefits Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

- Experience in managing company benefits;
- Experience in launching benefits for new offices/locations;
- Implemented internal communication projects.

Will be plus

- Experience conducting employee satisfaction surveys;
- Experience working with insurance, sports clubs, and benefits cafeteria programs.

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing the demand and feasibility of existing benefits and improving them;
- Calculating the cost and attractiveness of new benefits (new types, new locations) for employees;
- Implementing benefits: drafting policies, internal communication, working with providers, analyzing effectiveness; 
- Analyzing market practices; 
Maintaining the knowledge base in Confluence, drafting new policies.
Administering accruals/deductions, coordinating with other departments (L&D, Admin, Finance, Events).
