Community Manager (iGaming Affiliate Network)

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to help build, grow and scale our iGaming affiliate network and technology product through dedicated communities.

This role is about communication, networking and community development: representing the brand, increasing platform awareness, attracting affiliate partners and supporting community activity.

The position is ideal for those who want to develop in the iGaming and affiliate industry and see the direct result of their work. Strong performance = rapid career and financial growth.

🔥 Main tasks

• Promoting the affiliate network and technology product in industry communities

• Building and maintaining a community in Telegram, Discord, forums, LinkedIn and profile chats

• Active interaction with affiliate partners and potential customers: answering requests, supporting discussions, updates

• Creating and publishing community content: announcements, product updates, educational posts, promos

• Supporting onboarding and activating new affiliates from community channels

• Representing the brand in external iGaming and affiliate communities, online events and discussions

• Collecting feedback from the community and transferring insights to the product, marketing and affiliate teams

• Supporting the launch of new features, tools and promotional campaigns

• Coordination with affiliate managers, marketing and product to coordinate communication

• Tracking community growth and engagement, participating in basic analytics

✅ Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience or strong interest in community management, digital marketing or affiliate marketing

• High interest in iGaming, affiliate networks and technology products

• Confident online communication and relationship building skills

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Proactivity, initiative and ability to work autonomously

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• English is a must; Ukrainian and/or Russian is a big plus
