Responsibilities

• Sourcing, attracting, and selecting talent for various positions within the company;
• Managing the full recruitment cycle: from job posting to onboarding new employees;
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate competencies;
• Collaborating with department heads to clarify candidate requirements;
• Maintaining the candidate database, analyzing and improving sourcing channels.
   

Requirements

✅ Experience in recruitment;
✅ Ability to work with various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media);
✅ Excellent communication skills;
✅ Ability to assess both soft and hard skills;
✅ Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
