Affiliate Manager

We are building a strong Affiliate Program and are looking for a motivated Affiliate Manager to join our team of experienced professionals.
 

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming / Betting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Existing network of affiliate partners is a strong advantage
• Experience working with in-app traffic agencies or tipsters is a plus
• Fluent English
• Additional languages are a plus
• Confident Excel skills, including basic ROI forecasting
• Experience working with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 GEOs
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Team-oriented attitude
• Proactive approach and interest in professional growth
 

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain affiliates in line with established KPIs
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely optimisation and scaling
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management
• Provide ongoing support to affiliates and resolve disputes when needed
• Suggest improvements to grow and enhance the affiliate program
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events
