Senior ML Engineer

We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join a product mobile gamedev company ranked in the TOP-10 gaming companies worldwide by App Store installs, with 2B+ installs across its portfolio.
 

This is a highly data-driven role focused on production ML models for LTV, churn, user segmentation and personalization, directly impacting core business metrics.
 

What you will do:

• Develop and improve production ML models (LTV / churn / segmentation / anomaly detection)
• Work with large-scale data from multiple sources
• Deploy, monitor and automate ML models in production
• Analyze model accuracy and performance, propose improvements
• Build personalization algorithms for in-game experience
• Collaborate closely with UA, Monetization and Analytics teams
   

Must-have:

• 5+ years of experience with Python
• Strong experience with Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch
• Strong SQL (complex queries, large datasets)
• Proven experience in developing and deploying production-ready ML models for LTV / churn prediction, including the full ML lifecycle (deployment, monitoring, automation)
• Hands-on experience with production ML systems
• Experience with Docker, APIs, CI/CD
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
   

Nice to have:

• Experience with mobile games
• Experience with AdTech / marketing ML
• Experience with BI tools
