Graphic Designer

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Creating engaging and effective visual materials for SMM, email campaigns, and gamification (icons, banners, GIFs).
• Ensuring compliance with corporate standards and brand guidelines during the design process.
• Optimizing created content for various formats and devices (mobile and desktop).
• Collaborating with marketing and development teams to understand project goals and requirements.
• Participating in creative briefings and discussions to generate ideas and proposals for real projects.
• Keeping track of new trends and innovations in graphic design, marketing, and the online casino industry.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of graphic materials and campaigns to assess their impact on business outcomes.
• Making design adjustments based on collected data and user feedback.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• You are hands-on with Figma, Illustrator, photoshop, Aftereffects;
• You treat each pixel previously;
• You have experience using AI-powered tools (such as generative AI, image/video enhancement tools, or AI-assisted design solutions) to speed up workflows, generate ideas, and improve creative output;
• The design thinking approach is something that you not only respect in your work but in life as well;
• Experience working with JSON formats (for animations, data-driven creatives, or integration with development pipelines) will be a strong plus;
• Your English level should be intermediate or higher.
