Compliance and Risk Resolution Specialist (High-Risk Payments)
In the world of high-risk processing, stability isn't a given - it’s something you build and defend. We aren't looking for a "checkbox officer." We need a Problem Solver who understands the mechanics of payment infrastructure and knows how to keep things running when providers get tough.
This is a role for an owner. You won’t just be "monitoring" risks; you’ll be the one navigating bans, winning disputes, and ensuring our payment flow stays bulletproof.
The Mission⚡️
- Crisis Resolution: Handle restrictions from Stripe, Payoneer, and other high-level providers. You’re the one who gets accounts back online.
- Dispute Mastery: Crafting bulletproof arguments to shut down chargebacks and win appeals.
- Proactive Risk Intelligence: Spotting anomalies in dispute rates, refund rates, and approval ratios before they become a problem.
- Anti-Fraud Tuning: Fine-tuning 3DS and risk filters to protect the bottom line without killing conversion.
Provider Relations: Communicating with banks and payment gateways to resolve bottlenecks and secure our infrastructure.
Success is Measured in Data
You need to be fluent in payment metrics. We don't do "gut feelings." You should be able to look at the numbers and pinpoint exactly where the leak is - be it a specific bank, a faulty 3DS setup, or a creative that’s attracting the wrong audience.

- You need a step-by-step manual to do your job. (We don't have one - you'll be the one writing it).
- You come from a "traditional" banking background where "No" is the only answer.
- You’re uncomfortable taking full responsibility for high-stakes financial decisions.
- Your English is shaky. You’ll be negotiating with international providers and banks daily. C1 (Advanced) is the gold standard here.

- You know how to talk to Stripe/Providers in their own language to get results.
- You are highly analytical and can explain the "Why" behind any fluctuation in metrics.
