Product Designer/Lead — Leaply

Hello! We are Leaply — an ecosystem of interconnected digital and physical products designed to help build healthy habits and improve the quality of life. We’re developing a range of B2C products for global markets, including the US, Tier 1, Europe, and beyond.

We are united around a simple product vision — to create a future where people live healthy on autopilot.

We launched in 2024 as a startup and have experienced explosive growth, achieving tenfold growth in the past six months. We’re targeting a fivefold growth this year, and we’ve already established market demand and a steady flow of users.

We have an ambitious vision of a mobile app that would revolutionize the way we build habits. To bring this vision to life, we are assembling a team of top-tier professionals to build this app from the ground up.

To bring this ambitious vision to life, we are looking for an equally ambitious first Product Designer who will:
— Collaborate with the product team to shape the concept of the first app iteration, aligned with business goals and user needs
— Design the necessary UX/UI from scratch for the app’s release
— Be responsible for the full range of design solutions—from visuals to product logic
— Work through the entire iterative product development cycle, from analyzing user needs to tracking business metrics and analytics

What matters to us:
— 3+ years of experience in designing web or mobile interfaces
— Experience working with Advanced Figma—design tokens, components and variables
— You are actively using AI in your workflow
— Experience in developing a digital product from the ground up and creating scalable design systems
— A systematic approach to problem-solving—you identify the root cause, break it down into smaller components, and form a solution
— Ability to take responsibility and execute tasks from ‘0 to 1’
— Your expertise goes beyond visuals and UX/UI—you create products that solve real problems
— Experience working in a cross-functional product team

Bonus points for:
— Graphic design and animation skills
— Experience in data-driven decision-making and metrics analysis
— Experience in hiring and managing a design or product team
— Understanding development processes and experience with writing code
— Deep understanding of native platforms (iOS/Android)
