We’re looking for a strong Affiliate Lead / Head of Affiliates to grow and scale the affiliate direction of our casino & sportsbook brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and scale the affiliate channel across key European markets (Portugal, Poland, Uzbekistan, Germany, Baltic States, and other EU GEOs).
  • Build and lead an affiliate department with a strong focus on RS and Hybrid models (CPA is currently paused while processes are optimized).
  • Bring, manage, and grow your existing partner network, while continuously onboarding new high-quality affiliates.
  • Launch and scale new markets — from first partners to stable, profitable volume.
  • Work cross-functionally with influencers, social media, SEO, PPC/ASO teams, and review platforms.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial terms, always keeping long-term profitability in mind.
  • Monitor and optimize performance daily: registrations, FTDs, ROI, LTV, retention, and traffic quality.
  • Translate analytics into actions — not just reports.
  • Build clear internal processes, routines, and reporting structures as the department grows.

 

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with leadership or ownership responsibility.
  • Hands-on experience working with brands (strong plus).
  • Proven success in European GEOs, especially Portugal, Poland, Uzbekistan, Germany, Baltics.
  • A solid partner base working on RS, Hybrid, and Fix models.
  • Strong understanding of traffic sources, funnels, and performance metrics.
  • Data-driven mindset — you rely on numbers, insights, and testing to drive decisions.
  • High emotional intelligence and confident leadership style.
  • Proactive, positive, and focused on results — you know how to motivate teams and move fast.
