Senior React Developer Offline

Intrao Tech is a London-based dev & design studio delivering web, mobile, and brand work for startups and SMBs across UK/EU. Three founders, no middle management, direct client access. We ship fast because we're not drowning in process. 

We're looking for a Senior React Developer to join our team. 

Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial experience with React
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of React internals, hooks, performance optimization
• State management (Redux, Zustand, Context API)
• REST/GraphQL API integration
• Experience with Next.js in production
• Testing (Jest, RTL, Cypress/Playwright)
• Git workflow, CI/CD
• English: B2+
   

Nice to have:

• SSR/SSG architecture decisions
• Micro-frontend experience
• React Native
• Mentoring junior developers
   

What you'll do:

• Own frontend architecture decisions on projects
• Build scalable, maintainable React applications
• Set up project structure, tooling, and best practices
• Code reviews and technical mentorship
• Collaborate directly with clients on technical requirements
• Performance profiling and optimization
